Test Audit provides professional roofing services in Austin, TX, including inspections, repairs, replacements, and maintenance. All work is performed by licensed and insured contractors. Services are limited to residential properties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due upon completion unless a payment plan is pre-approved. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A 50% deposit may be required for large projects. Late payments incur a 5% monthly fee.
Materials come with manufacturer warranties. Workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years on major repairs and replacements. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of issue discovery. Acts of God or improper maintenance void warranties.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We carry $1M general liability insurance but aren't responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated damages. Homeowners must maintain proper insurance coverage.
Any disputes must first be submitted via certified mail. If unresolved within 30 days, parties agree to mediation in Travis County. Arbitration or small claims court may follow if mediation fails. Texas law governs all agreements.
